Returns & Refunds
At Aesthete, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
1. Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in original condition
- With all tags attached
- In the original packaging
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@aesthete.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
4. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
5. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos as proof. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company
- Contact your bank
